Fort McAllister State Park — Richmond Hill

This is more dramatic and romantic—live oaks, Spanish moss, marsh, river and historic structures. Visiting Skidaway Island State Park near Savannah costs $5 per vehicle for a daily parking ParkPass, while casual photography by visitors is free with admission and does not require a permit.

This is more of a hidden-gem/editorial location. General admission to the LeConte-Woodmanston Plantation and Botanical Gardens in Riceboro, Georgia is $5.00 per person, though donations are widely appreciated.
